Online Refund Policy

  • Please note that we have a strict 7-day refund policy for all online sales.
  • Online purchases can be returned for any reason within the first 7 days after purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please provide a reason for return.
  • If you are unsure of your sizing, please consult the sizing charts before ordering.
  • Please try on any underwear/ swimwear over existing underwear to check for sizing once your order arrives. We cannot accept underwear/swimwear that has been worn.
  • We CANNOT process refunds for any items that appear used, damaged, or soiled.
  • Addicted SA cannot be held responsible for the cost of any item return or exchange.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • To begin the returns process please email shermichelle2020@gmail.com and we will be in touch with you to begin the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To begin the returns process you can either bring the item back to the shop to be inspected for return/exchange, or you can email shermichelle2020@gmail.com and we will be in touch with you to begin the return via shipping.
